I will be cycling from Whitehaven to Sunderland (coast to coast) on the 28th August to the 1st of September for The Parachute Regiment and Help for Heroes.

Both Charities are close to my heart

I have friends serving in the forces.

My father was in the Parachute Regiment in 50s/60s which i want him to remember this because it will be his 74th birthday on the 27th August.

I believe that the forces dont get the praise that they deserve,thats the reason why im doing this for them,to raise a small amount of money for these charities & a personnel challenge to myself.
