Story
Over half term, I will be going to Peru for an amazing experience - trekking the Inca trail!!!!
I can't wait to put on my walking boots, tackle the altitude, sleep under canvass and lug all my toiletries up a mountain in aid of such a worthwhile cause:
The Miriam Hyman Memorial Trust
Miriam was one of the 52 people killed in the "7/7" London bombings of 7th July 2005. In Miriam's legacy, the charity have created Miriam's Vision: A Response to the 2005 London Bombings - a set of educational resources based on Miriam's story for teachers of 11- to 14-year-olds. It educates children and young adults about tolerance and acceptance of difference and others which is so needed in society today. Please visit www.miriam-hyman.com for more information.
I am self funding the trip myself and every penny raised will be going direct to MHMT.
