Hi My name is Kayleigh, I am 11 years old ( nearly 12) this last year has been a really hard year, for everybody, but it important that we keep checking in to make sure we are ok and know that if we are not there is help out there to support you no matter how young or old you are.

I have decided I would like to raise some money to help raise awareness that  help is out there and raise money to make sure help is available for people who needs it.

Remember everyone you are never alone and some days it is ok not to smile and it ok to sometimes it ok to take a little time out.

One things that helps me is having a daily routine, if I follow this it keeps me calm.
