Cancer is a reality.  Someone you know, close or not, has suffered.  This may sound silly, maybe not to those who know me, but my hair is my pride and joy.  People I know close to me have had to live with cancer for a very long time and some not so very long.  I feel I need to raise awareness and try yo give something back to those who have given me everything.  I'm hoping to raise whatever I can to help those who have been diagnosed also for their family and friends.  I along with a friend, Trish Whiteside, have decided to shave our heads in an attempt to hopefully give something back.  Every little counts, please support and sponsor us.  We are shaving our heads on 12th November 2010 at Advanced Nail & Beauty, Parkgate, Rotherham at 8:30pm, to bring hope into lives that have been touched by cancer.  We are also donating our hair for wig making.  Thank you for your support.
