Chestnut Tree House is the only childrn's hospice in East and West Sussex, caring for children with life-limiting illnesses from birth to 19 years of age. They currently care for nearly 300 children and thier families right across Sussex. Their services include specialist short breaks at the hospice, care in the home, end of life care as well as pre- and post- beravement care.
