Well had a small set back with dive so now planning it for may/June 2013. I've now lost 2 stone and planning to lose another 2stone for the dive.

More than 1 in 10 women suffer from endometriosis.

Endometriosis is a benign cancer that affects millions and millions of women worldwide. There is no known cure. Many people say that hysterectomy or having a child will cure you, but this is NOT TRUE! This is a chronic, debilitating disease that causes severe pain, nausea, bowel issues, and can cause infertility. Laparoscopy can help, as well has cancer meds and hormones, but nothing will make this disease go away forever. The only way to work towards a cure is to spread awareness so the world can see the intensity of the disease and just how much we suffer. It has been proven in a recent study that endometriosis pain can be THREE TIMES STRONGER THAN LABOR PAIN!!! While some women only experience problems during their menses (period), man women deal with this disease every single day. Please stop the suffering and spread the word on this terrible disease! No one should have to suffer the way women with endometriosis do. Not only is the disease itself debilitating, but it also causes other diseases, including four types of malignant cancer. STOP THE IGNORANCE! SPREAD AWARENESS! FIND A CURE!!

I personally suffer with Endometriosis and have done for over 10 years. I had to undergo drastic surgery by having a Hysterectomy at a very young age after having everal laparoscopies and going through endless days of excruciating pain which nobody could understand.

I want to help raise more awareness for this horrid disease and help others not have to go through drastic surgery like myself!!

I have decided to do a sky dive to get Endometriosis noticed by others and help as many people as I can. You too can help by wearing something yellow during March or even by buying the yellow ribbon awareness badge alongside the pink cancer badge!!
