Story
I am running the Virgin London Marathon on 25th April 2010 on behalf of Child Line.
A massive thank you to everyone who has sponsored me so far :-)
For those of you in London on Sunday (and those of you looking out for me on the TV!!) I'll be sporting my green TEAM GO vest and here are the times I expect to make some of the checkpoints so you can give me a massive cheer!!
Start 9:45
Mile 4 = 10:25 - 10:30 Mile 6 = 10:50 - 10:55 Mile 9 = 11:25 - 11:30 Mile 11 = 11:50 - 11:55
Mile 13 = 12:10 - 12:15 Mile 14 = 12:25 - 12:30 Mile 15 = 12:40 - 12:45 Mile 18 = 13:10 - 13:15

Training and Fundraising are now in full swing.........If you live in Rugby, lookout for the crazy runner in a bright pink bobble hat, if not you can just imagine ;-) I've successfully completed the Kilomathon, 26km run from Nottingham to Derby and on track to run the 26.2miles in under 5 hours! Last Monday, I completed my longest run of just over 20 miles along the canal from Rugby into Braunston (and back again - without catching a lift on a barge). I can successfully say, I was running fast than a canal boat which has an average speed of 4mph ;-) With now less than 2 weeks to go, I am starting to taper my runs down to 10 miles a week!! If you have any spare pennies, all donations for ChildLine gratefully received.
