I have decided to shave my head and host a family fun day to raise money for macmillan. 

On the 1st November 2013, we lost a very special man to cancer. Johnny was a son, a brother, a father, a partner, a friend and a person who will never be forgotten. 

Johnny spent the last two weeks of his life in the Macmillan Hospice in Antrim,where  the staff made his last few weeks as comfotrable as they possibly could, which was no easy task at times. 

I personally feel indebted to them, not only for the care and support they showed to Johnny, but to the care and support they offered to the rest of us involved, always remembering that cancer doesnt solely affect the person suffering. 

i would love to be able to give something back as a token of thanks for being there during the hardest period in a lot of peoples lives. This charity does a lot of work that is close to a lot of people's hearts and i'm sure that even a few pounds does not go unappreciated!

so, please, dig deep and spare a few pounds, and in return i shall be getting my head shaved! and everyone is welcome to come along and participate in some fun on the day!
