Iv decided to give myself a challenge for 2014 by running the Hillingdon Half Marathon and a week later taking part in Rough Runner which is a 10 mile obstacle course with my team WDF which include Lloyd Crayden, Katherine Cardones, James White, Martin Dickie, Dean Fermie, Kim Carones De Vasconcelos.

This charity is very close to my heart my nan has been suffering with the evil illness and it breaks my heart i want to raise money and awareness for this charity so please dig deep.
