7 years ago my niece Sophie was born at 23 week and weighed only 1lb 5oz. If it wasn't for the hard work and dedication of the neonatal staff and support from Graces fund charity we don't know where we would be today. We're are doing this to say Thank you to them and help raise money for all the other families in need!
