Fundraising for Parkinson’s UK
Story
In May 2013 I will be attempting to climb 77 Lakeland peaks in 7 days; a total of over 150km and 38,000 ft of ascent!
The event is a tribute to Alan Munnings (a friends Dad) who passed away, aged 77, in December 2012. Before he became too ill, his favourite pastime was walking- particularly across the Lake District- and so this is a fitting tribute to a wonderful man.
Together, myself & 6 other members of our team, aim to raise £7,777 for Parkinsons UK in order to aid their fantastic programme for family support.
