my  current  wieight  is 21 stone 5 and half  i plan to lose  

2 stone  in 4 months  iwill do it  through  slimming  world i will keep you  updated   each week  i get  weighed on tuesday.

 please  sponser me  it for great  cause  my neice  is being treated there  for cancer . 

 had  my  weigh to day and  im 21 stone  4  lbs  so  i start from today to  lose  2 stone  in 4  months .

i was weighed  lat ngiht  and im  20 st  1 1 i  have  lost 6 lb  in 3  weeks

i have been  weighed  today   i  have  lost  3lb  i am now  20 stone  9 bs

  i have been weighed  i lost 2lb  this  week now  20 stone 7 lbs  just 5lb till i lost my 1st  stone   .
