Soo, as you know I'm crazy and therefore I have decided to do the Newcastle Stampede again. To remind you; the Stampede is a 10k run with added obstacles along the way designed by the Royal Marines to add that extra beasting to the challenge!

It is on the 13th of October 2013 (Last year was the 14th October 2012).
