Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Last year, my father-in-law died, having been diagnosed with early-onset dementia in 2005, aged 60.During his illness David went from occasional forgetfulness to eventually being unable to speak, walk and needing 24-hour care. Our children never had the chance to know their Grandad as the vibrant man he used to be.Please help by sponsoring me to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Society to continue its research and support other families.Thank you.

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.
