Many of you will know that my Dad, Alan, died suddenly and unexpectedly when I was just 8 years old. That day I was sent to school, having just witnesssed my Mum desperately try to resuscitate him. Counselling and support such as that provided by Jeremiah's Journey, was not available to me. Grief affected every area of my life, almost breaking me, until I dealt with it many years later.
