In May 2021 after finding some dimpling on one of my breasts and pushing my GP to refer me for a breast cancer consult, I was diagnosed following several different scans and tests with a rarer form of breast cancer. Two operations, 6 rounds of chemotherapy and 15 sessions of radiotherapy later and I am now on the road to recovery.

The experience has made me want to give something back and I decided that what better way to do that than to organise a Ladies Night with stalls, a bar and food to boot, with all funds raised to go to a cancer charity that appealed to me given my job is working with children - Candlelighters. 

I'll be selling tickets for the event as well as well as raising funds through the stalls but if anyone who's unable to come to the event would like to donate I've created this Just Giving page. Please support this amazing charity.
