We offer mum to mum breastfeeding support to help all babies get the best start

Story

I volunteer as a helper for BfN and I am training to be a supporter, I love running and need to get fitter so I have set myself the challenge of running every day in May.

Sounds so simple on paper doesn't it? 3 children, a double school run most days (4-5 miles walking) and small children to keep up with mean I don’t have a lot of spare time and energy. But I think BfN are worth it.

This year's Mums' Milk Run is raising funds to train new tutors who will then train new helpers and supporters like me who will then help breastfeeding mothers, a really worthwhile investment in the future in so many ways.
