Dear Friends

Nearly 2 weeks after the marathon and over £1,000 has already been raised towards the fundraising target of £1500 for Phab kids http://www.phab.org.uk/,  an organisation that provides support for disabled children and their familes.

My Mum has got the best picture of me actually running on the day... much to her surprise!  I'll post her photographic efforts on this site shortly.

Keep the support coming and we can reach the target and help this worthy cause.

The money raised will help to provide funding for a network of over 200 clubs. Phab clubs provide valuable support for families, and carers helping them overcome feelings of isolation.

Any support you can give, however small will be greatly appreciated.
