 We did it! The cycling shorts worked a treat as did the gel saddle! The trip was amazing, hard work but so rewarding, I met some wonderful people and saw first hand the work that is going on at the Makunduchi Hospital. I also visited the mental health establishments, which made me even more determined to help improve the facilities and  healthcare in Zanzibar - the people are so vulnerable and rely on the generosity of people like us as they have literally nothing!
