Every decade I set myself a challenge.  For my 6th decade, I am going to cycle from Land's End to John O'Groats.  Whilst doing that I want to raise some money for a charity and the charity I have chosen is Hope House, or more specifically, Ty Gobaith (sister hospice to Hope House, Oswestry).  Ty Gobaith is located in Conwy, so is local to me.

I will be starting the challenge on 19 August 2010 and will finish on 18 September 2010.
