Marie Curie nurses do a fantastic job looking after the terminally ill at home so they can spend the last of their days with family and friends where they feel most comfortable. It costs £20 for every hour a Marie Curie nurse provides this vital care. This is all done with no government funding! Cancer directly affects one in three of us, if we reach our target the money raised will help when cancer wins, not only for the patient but also for the loved ones, during the illness and after.

Spent the weekend at a briefing day for the bike ride and buying a new bike for the challenge. We are still training hard and are struggling to reach our target. Any money you can spare will be going to a fantastic cause!
