Lilia is cutting her hair to send to the Little Princess Trust, a charity that makes real hair wigs for little girls that lose their own hair through cancer treatment.

This is something she has wanted to do for a long time since she heard about it and she has been growing her hair especially (not a rushed decision and all totally her idea!).

Through talking about this we got onto the subject of charities and how peoples donations can help, so we have chosen the Starlight Foundation, a charity that grants wishes to seriously and terminally ill children, as her chosen charity. She is wondering if any of her friends would be willing to donate a bit of pocket money to sponsor her? Even if it's only 10p it all adds up and donations can be made anonymously. Grown ups are also welcome to donate  😊
