Story

We are running the London 2 Brighton 100km challenge on Saturday the 23rd of May, because we love running! You can find out more about the event here:

http://www.london2brightonchallenge.com/

Following the tragic natural disaster in Nepal we'd like to raise as much as we can to give people the help they need, at this most challenging time. So we are running for Medecins Sans Frontieres who are already working on the ground in Nepal. You can find out more about what they're doing here:

http://www.msf.org.uk/country-region/nepal-earthquake-emergency-response

We have both spent time in Nepal and know what fantastic people the Nepalese are. Please give what you can.

Please send us your good running vibes on the day... we will be setting off at 6:10am and aim to finish before 23:00... hopefully much sooner.
