I am running the Bupa Great Manchester 10k in memory of a very special friend called Billy who was diagnosed with rare bone cancer back in May 2011, at the age of 11. He battled cancer for over 2 and half years, as well as having his leg amputated and losing his hearing. He could make anyone smile and he was an inspiration to anyone that knew him and was positive throughout it all. Billy is massively missed by so many people, and Macmillan cancer gave a lot of support to Billy so dig deep and help Macmillan cancer support to reach there goals of providing help to people in there battle against cancer.
