On October 9th I shall be joining a few others in a sponsored walk from Dartford to Gravesend in order to raise some much needed money for CLAPA. This incredibly valuable charity is close to my heart as our gorgeous son Max was born with a cleft lip and palate. Most of you are aware of the good work CLAPA does and the support it provides to people born with clefts and their families but those who are not, please take the time to have a look. I know times are hard for us all but if you could spare anything at all for this charity that means so much to me, we would be ever so grateful. Thank you xx
