I am taking part in the Ride London 100 this year on the 2nd August to support the Cystic Fibrosis Trust in raising awareness and funding to help find a cure for this disease

Cystic Fibrosis is the UK's most common life-threatening inherited disease; it affects over 8,000 people in the UK (including my husband Will and his brother Toby). Cystic Fibrosis affects the internal organs, especially the lungs and digestive system, making it hard to breathe and digest food.
