The wildlife of Australia is close to my heart because I have family in Australia and have been visiting regularly since I was very little. I can't imagine a world without the incredible animals that live in Australia and nowhere else on the planet; the echidna with it's back-facing paws, the platypus with it's duck beak, the koala who is not a bear and even the little quokka, who doesn't mind a selfie.                                                    Even though the bushfires in Australia are now over, the slow and hard work of rehabilitation is just beginning, so please help me help Wires help hundreds of thousands of animals in need of rescue relief and recovery.
