Me and 13 of my friends and colleagues from work have joined together to raised money for charity.

We're taking part in a one day 26 mile Trekathon on 28th July in support of Children with Cancer.

This is going to be a tough event over the hills, farmland and  wetlands of rural Somerset. From a strenuous, hilly start amidst the beautiful Mendip Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, we will be heading through woodland, farmland and small villages. We will be trekking to the small cathedral city of Wells, continuing on flatter farmland before finally turning west towards Glastonbury, famous for its ancient history, mythical connections and music festival! We will finish our challenge with a final effort to the top of Glastonbury Tor.

It will be tough, but worth it for such a good cause!!
