Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Hopefully together we can help prevent other young families suffering the effects of bowel cancer. 

I am running the Bristol Half Marathon in remembrance of a dear friend who lost his life to Bowel Cancer after a brave and courageous fight against this horrible disease.

Jase was 44 years old when he died leaving two young boys, aged 9 and 13 and an extremely courageous wife, who loved him dearly.  For this to happen to someone so young needs to stop and research into this will help towards eliminating this disease permanently.

Please help in raising money to battle this disease which took my lifelong friend who I grew up with from school, and continued to be friends with throughout the years.  He is extremely missed by all his friends, relatives, work mates and especially his mum, two young sons and wife.
