I'm taking part in the Harbour Wallbanger run on 13th July.  I will be running approximately 7k from Broadstairs Harbour to the wall at Ramsgate and back again. 

All the money raised will be going to the Chandlers £50k Challenge: The Rob Sadler Cystic Fibrosis Appeal, which is aiming to raised £50,000 for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust
