Story
I'm joining #TeamSueRyder at Run Cheltenham, to raise money for Sue Ryder's expert care. In September 2022 we sadly lost my mother-in-law, Sharon, to a sudden & short battle with cancer. Sue Ryder at Leckhampton Hospice gave the most amazing care to Sharon and we will all be forever grateful for all they did. They showed Sharon and our family the upmost dignity and respect. Therefore I would raise £300 or more if we can to help them help another family like they did ours.
The end of peoples lives should be filled with treasured memories, family and friends, kindness and love. But sadly, 1 in 4 families are not able to access the end of life care they need, which means this time can be filled with uncertainty, pain and struggle instead. Together we can change this.
