I am doing these 3 now there is 7 challenges because I also live with  MND daily as 6000 other people do and their family’s. Plus all those like me living Alone with MND It’s so hard every day with out help I struggle to even do the basics I can’t even peel a satsuma I have to say this is keeping me going helping all you out there.
