Story

Sadness and best wishes as two of our longest serving members of LOST move on to start new adventures after Christmas.

Peter Stewart retires from secondary teaching. Well know in every EAC secondary having supported, led and assessed countless Duke of Edinburgh expeditions. Originally a Chemistry teacher at Auchinleck and Grange.

Natalie White heads north to a Highland cluster Head Teacher position.  A familiar face to many teachers around most schools for inspiring the curriculum outdoors. Previously taught at New Cumnock, Willowbank & Education Scotland.

As we can’t meet up to celebrate their departure, please wish them well if making a small donation to the John Muir Trust. We believe that wild places and the experience of wildness are vital to our lives. The JMT work with others to repair and rewild damaged ecosystems, looking after some of the most magnificent mountains and beaches from the far north west of Scotland to the Lake District.
