Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Can't believe I'm writing this but yes it's true I'm running (walking) the Brighton Marathon 26.2 miles in April to raise funds for the Neonatal Unit at East Surrey Hospital. I've never ran in my life (help).
As many of you know this unit is very close to my heart. In January 2014 I got the biggest shock of my life when my beautiful twin girls Savannah and Sienna arrived 13 weeks early at 27 weeks. We spent 3 weeks in the Royal London Hospital, then transferred to our local hospital East Surrey where there is an amazing Neonatal Unit which helps babies born prematurely, sick and needing help after birth. We spent 10 weeks there with many ups and downs along the way.
I would love to give something back to the hospital by raising money to help other sick, premature, babies needing help.
We can't thank the staff, doctors and other families we met along the way enough.
This isn't going to be easy for me and will need all your support to get my through this for all the special, miracle babies needing help .
