I'm joining some friends from the University of York to take part in Race for Life's Pretty Muddy Leeds event on June 28th. It's a 5K run and obstacle course - so quite far away from my home comfort of an indoor badminton court!

Cancer is something that affects every one of us in some way, particularly myself. Without the work of Cancer Research, I'm sure that some of my family members would not be here today. 

In particular, I'm doing this race for my wonderful cousin, Lindsey Hoggard, recently diagnosed and fighting breast cancer.
