ORCHYD is an amazing charity that I help with each summer. It provides a once in a lifetime holiday for 20 children with disabilities plus many day trips throughout the year. 

I entered my first 10k last year and made a promise to myself at the end of it to NEVER put myself through that again!! - So please donate whatever you can to make the pain worthwhile haha  xxx
