Story

My mum Kathy Malczak, has worked for the NHS from 1982 to present day, but was sadly diagnosed with terminal cancer in September of 2020, If Tameside Hospital had this second scanner they may have been able to diagnose her earlier and for her to be given different treatment.

This scanner is for all the people of Tameside and beyond and having this in place may mean that someone will be able to get an earlier diagnosis.

My mum would like this scanner to be called "God's Grace" as she is a Christian and believes that with gods help we can help raise the money for this scanner for all people of all faiths
