Ladies and Gentlemen, 

A while back, I agreed to complete Shine London, not realising how quick it would all come around. As I write this, the walking marathon is just over a week away. I know it's all very last minute, but if you could dig deep or even just dig a little it's all going to help a good charity. 

Now as some of you may know for someone who normally would catch a taxi to uni and back, to walk 26.2 miles is a massive target. So support me if you can, because by god I'll need it!
