Heart disease has sadly played a big part in my family. 

I have been very lucky to still have family members with me even though they have suffered with heart attacks and even a cardiac arrest. I strongly believe this is down to the research British Heart Foundation have done as well as the quick response from paramedics. 

10K probably isn't the best idea with my track record of dodgy knees and knee operations but I'm doing this for my family and all other families affected by heart disease.
