As you all know we have chosen this charity because it is something which is really important and means a lot to us.  We both know (and most of you do) a girl called Ami-Grace who could benefit from a charity like this. She is such a wonderful, happy little girl, and a charity like this could really help children like her have the best start in life. As Ami's honourary auntie I would really like to raise as much money as possible.

Get Kids Going really helps children and adults participate in sport and become more active so that they can lead normal lives like anybody else would.

Get Kids Going! is a National charity which gives disabled children and young people - up to the age of 26 yrs - the wonderful opportunity of participating in sport.

They help promote sports for disabled children by providing them with specially built sports’ wheelchairs so they can do marathons, triathlons, tennis, athletics, mountain skiing, rugby, basketball etc.

Get Kids Going! also provides personalised manual wheelchairs and trikes for children to use every day; at home, at school, and to enable them to play with their friends.

They support children with all disabilities and make sure that any equipment which is out grown is recycled to other children, so supporters’ valuable donations are never wasted.
