I am very proud to be supporting Refuge, a charity that does amazing work to provide safety and support to women and children escaping violent and abusive relationships. 

1 in 4 women will experience domestic violence in her lifetime.

2 women are killed each week by a current or former partner in England and Wales.

It takes on average 7 attempts for a woman to leave a situation like this, and often a woman is in most danger at the point of leaving. 

Refuge are aiming to raise £90,000 collectively through this event, which will provide safety to an additional 205 women and children escaping to a safe house for a week- the first step to rebuilding a life free from fear and violence.
