Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!

It probably comes as no surprise I am running another marathon, but this time I am running the Bath Half Marathon and Paris Marathon 2022 in memory of my Granny, Eileen Chisholm, who sadly passed away earlier this year at the grand age of 99.

They say it's not the number of years in your life, but the life in your years. For Gran, it's was definitely both!  She dedicated her life to supporting those in need, fundraising and volunteering her time to help charities like Mencap, the Royal British Legion, and her absolute favourite - Children's Hospice South West.

Children's Hospice South West provide support to children with life-limiting conditions and their whole family. The work they do provides children and their families with respite and short breaks, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care at three wonderful children's hospices.

Please donate what you can - any donations or words of encouragement would be very gratefully received and make the miles worth it!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
