We are looking to raise money for the Freeman Hospital Heart & Lung Transplant Unit who looked after our beautiful Lianne who passed recently aged just 26 years old. Lianne was a patient at the Freeman from a very young age and the team there went above and beyond their duties to make sure Lianne had the best treatments possible.

Lianne was a chronic asthmatic with poorly lungs and various other health problems but lived a normal, happy life as she refused to let her health dictate how she should live. She brought sunshine into everyone's lives and was truly beautiful inside and out.

Lianne was busy planning her wedding for May next year, she found her true happiness but it was taken away from her far too soon. Please give anything you can to ensure this unit can continue to find new treatments and provide the best care possible to people of all ages.
