On 31st July 2016 Laura and I will be both cycling 100 miles taking part in the Prudential Ride 100 event. We start in London cycling through the Surrey countryside finishing back in London at the Mall 7 or 8 hours later.!!

We chose to support BLF because their work has relevance to a member of my family who lives with an incurable lung condition. Despite the limitations arising from her condition my Mum continues to be the bravest, kindest and most supportive Mum we could ever hope for. Whilst we feel helpless supporting her with her condition in the way we would like to supporting the BLF makes us feel we are making a difference.
