So what do you do when your Grandma gets Lung & Liver Cancer?

Answer: Cry - Alot!!

Then pick yourself (& your Grandma) up, fight the horrible disease, give up smoking and sign up for a 10k (*gulp*) run to try and raise money for everyone ever touched by Cancer.

Look around, 1 in 3 of us will get Cancer at some point in our lives, i know 4 people who've suffered and we need to raise money to help the professionals fight this thing.

I can't slip on a lab coat and start doing experiments, but i can strap on some trainers and try not to keel over running round Leeds.

So please wish me luck and sponser me! Even if it's just a little it'll mean alot.
