We help the hospital offer a better future to seriously ill children across the UK

Story

My name is Laura Birley and I am 13. I live in Pool in Yorkshre. I have qualified to race my pony, Pewter, in the Shetland Pony Grand National. This is at the Olympia International Horse Show in London in December. The racing is for the Great Ormond Street Hospital charity.  The racing will be televised, so you'll be able to watch out for us and see how we do. Our colours are pink and green.

I have been riding Pewter for nearly a year now and I love him to bits. We practice racing every week and I  can't wait to have the chance to race him at the finals in December at Olympia and to know that while I'm doing it, I am helping other children who need help.

Please, please donate - it doesn't matter how much :-)

Thank you very, very much.
