Laura's Turning 30 - a year of fundraising

Turning 30 - a year of fundraising · 31 December 2019
As the headline states I turn 30 in January 2019, and I have decided to spend 2019 fund raising for Lancashire Mind.
To start - I will be Running Every Day of January as part of the RED event run
I will then continue to run every day for the months of February, March and April.( Including in the Italian Lakes whilst on holiday)
In May I have committed to complete 2 Full Tough Mudders as well as running every single day.
June will see another month of running every day.
July another tough mudder, a wedding and more running (yes every day!)
August is a month of running every day
September sees another 2 Full Tough Mudders and more running.
October sees more running every day, as does November and December.
I hope to end the year with a sense of achievement, to me this means 500km tracked on Strava, conversations with lots of people about mental health, and some well deserved contriubutions to Lancashire Mind.
I have set up an insta account for my running, if you would like to follow my journey add @lauraisthirtyred
It really is okay not to be okay, but I am hoping that by taking one run at a time I will build on my health both physically and mentally.
