We are putting ourselves through our paces again to complete the Great North Run 2010 for Cancer Research.

We have chosen this charity as we believe it is one that most of us can relate to, whether it’s a dear friend or member of the family that has suffered from this tragic illness. Cancer Research funds on all aspects of cancer, from the most basic nuts-and-bolts of cell biology to large studies of entire populations. They fund the work of around 4,800 scientists, doctors and nurses, and run specialised institutes dedicated to cancer research.

So come on guys, it will only take a few minutes of your time to make a donation.

It does not matter how big or small your donation is…… just do it…. you can do it!! Laura and I appreciate the gesture and we are sure that Cancer Research will definitely hold a place in its heart for you !!!!
