I am running the Bupa London 10,000 to raise money for the fantastic charity FSID (The Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths).

This is an amazing charity, raising awarness of cot death and striving to keep parents informed about how best to keep their babies safe.  It also supports families that have lost a baby and provides help with the CONI scheme.  I lost my son Scott in 2005 at 6 months old.  A perfect, healthy, happy boy with so little time given to him.  I want to raise awareness of this charity so that it can carry on helping babies stay safe and help families throughout the UK.
