Hello Folks!

OK, so I had a coupla years off.  You all got to let your wallets recover for a while.  But I'm back!  To ease my return into the cardiovascular world, I managed the Run to the Beat half marathon on Sunday 26th Sept, in 2hrs 32mins and 3 secs, raising money for Bowel Cancer UK as I've done before, in memory of my Daddio, who'd want me to sweat and swear!

And it hurt and I'm still waddling like a duck...

If I hit my fundraising target, I'll seriously consider the New York Marathon for 2011 - so if you want me to run as far away from you as possible, cough up now!
